We do not intend to receive or store full card numbers.

Location information

  • addresses entered by users;
  • business and service-location addresses;
  • approximate location inferred from an Internet Protocol address; and
  • device location if permission is granted for nearby search, distance, maps, or directions.

Device, usage, and network information

  • Internet Protocol address, browser, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, actions taken, date and duration, crash logs, diagnostics, performance logs, security logs, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from participating businesses, tenant administrators, payment, identity, fraud-prevention, mapping, communications, hosting, or analytics providers, public sources, referrals, and authorized partners.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  1. create, secure, authenticate, and administer accounts;
  2. provide browsing, claims, reservations, codes, redemptions, directions, history, and support;
  3. onboard and manage businesses, tenants, locations, users, and staff;
  4. process payments, subscriptions, payouts, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks;
  5. verify identity, ownership, licensing, banking, and payment eligibility;
  6. personalize content based on location, settings, interests, or prior activity;
  7. send transactional, security, support, policy, and consented marketing messages;
  8. detect and respond to fraud, abuse, compromise, prohibited activity, and security incidents;
  9. enforce terms, Offer rules, plan limits, permissions, and tenant isolation;
  10. produce operational analytics and aggregate reporting;
  11. maintain audit and transaction records;
  12. improve reliability, performance, accessibility, and usability;
  13. comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, and regulatory obligations; and
  14. protect users, businesses, aiMyDeal, and the public.

Where required, we rely on consent. In other circumstances, processing may be necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate interests, or establish or defend legal claims.

4. How we disclose information

Participating businesses

When a customer claims, reserves, purchases, or redeems an Offer, we may provide the business with information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, fulfill the service, communicate about the transaction, prevent fraud, process cancellation or refund, and maintain required records.

Businesses may not use customer information for unrelated marketing without sufficient consent.

Tenant and organizational administrators

Authorized tenant, business, location, billing, or staff administrators may access information within their assigned scope, subject to permissions and tenant-isolation controls.

Service providers

We may disclose information to providers of hosting, authentication, payment processing, fraud prevention, support, communications, mapping, analytics, security, accounting, legal, and other operational services.

Legal, safety, and compliance

We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect rights or safety, or establish and defend legal claims.

Business transactions

Information may transfer in an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or Platform transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

With direction or consent

We may disclose information when you direct us or consent.

Aggregate or deidentified information

We may use and disclose information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual. We will not attempt to reidentify it except to test deidentification or as permitted by law.

5. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

At launch, aiMyDeal does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If practices change, we will update this Policy before the change and provide any required notice, consent, or opt-out.

Contextual featured listings or sponsorships based on content being viewed are not necessarily behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember settings, maintain security, measure traffic, diagnose errors, prevent fraud, and understand use.

Where required, non-essential technologies will be used only after appropriate consent. Browser settings may control cookies, although disabling essential technologies may prevent features from working.

7. Communications preferences

You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the message link or account settings. You may revoke marketing-text consent through the method stated in the message.

Revoking marketing consent does not prevent necessary transactional, security, or account communications where allowed.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to maintain accounts and transactions, support claims and disputes, comply with tax and legal obligations, maintain audits and security, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and establish or defend claims.

Periods vary by information type, account status, transaction history, legal obligation, and risk. When no longer needed, information will be deleted, deidentified, or securely isolated, subject to backup cycles and legal exceptions.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, tenant-scoped authorization, audit logging, monitoring, service-provider controls, and incident response.

No security measure or Internet transmission is completely secure. Users are responsible for strong credentials, authorized access, and prompt reporting of suspected compromise.

If a legally reportable incident occurs, we will provide notice as required.

10. Privacy rights

Depending on location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • know whether we process personal information;
  • access or receive a copy;
  • correct;
  • delete;
  • obtain portability;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • withdraw consent;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive information;
  • appeal a denied request; and
  • receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising rights.

Submit requests through tech@fuseonai.com.

We may verify identity. Authorized agents must prove authority, and we may separately confirm the request with the individual.

We may deny or limit requests where law permits, including where information is needed to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, exercise legal rights, or protect another person’s privacy.

Appeals may be sent to tech@fuseonai.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”

11. California notice at collection

This section applies if and to the extent California law applies.

We may collect identifiers, customer records, commercial information, Internet or electronic activity, approximate or permitted device location, professional or employment-related information, inferences for personalization or fraud prevention, and limited sensitive information needed for account security, payment onboarding, or compliance.

We collect and use these categories for the purposes described above.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes outside those permitted by law without providing a required right to limit.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, receive information, and opt out of sale or sharing. At launch, aiMyDeal does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

12. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are intended for people at least 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact tech@fuseonai.com if you believe a child provided information.

13. External links and participating businesses

The Platform may link to business websites, maps, social pages, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Participating businesses are independent controllers of information they collect outside the Platform or retain for their own legal obligations.

14. U.S. processing

The Platform is operated from the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where approved providers operate.

Users outside the United States should not use the Platform unless aiMyDeal expressly supports their jurisdiction and provides required additional terms.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy prospectively. We will post the revised version and update the “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects privacy rights or uses, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
